About this project: 

This project focused on transforming two bathrooms while creating a more functional and durable outdoor living space.

​

Inside the home, we refreshed both the primary and secondary bathrooms with modern finishes that immediately elevated the look and feel of each space. The primary shower received a complete makeover with beautiful full-height tile, a new frameless glass enclosure, updated plumbing fixtures, and carefully selected finishes. Both bathrooms were completed with new vanities, mirrors, and lighting, creating bright, timeless spaces that feel both modern and inviting.

Outside, the original aging deck had reached the end of its lifespan. During planning, Louisville's updated building requirements for composite decking significantly increased the overall project cost. Rather than compromise on quality or exceed the client's budget, we worked together to develop a smarter solution.

We removed the existing deck and replaced it with a custom stamped concrete patio, creating a larger, lower-maintenance outdoor living area that complements the home while providing exceptional long-term durability. The finished patio offers more usable space for entertaining and everyday enjoyment, all while remaining within the project's budget.
